EXCELLENT EMPATHETIC SERVICE.

I have never been in debt in my life and was overwhelmed by the cost of an unexpected funeral on top of the cost of living crisis. I was worried and confused and it was only after talking to one of the many helpful understanding Step Change advisors could I see any way out of my situation He was very caring, empathetic and understanding and discussed the various ways available. On every occasion I have needed to ring Step Change without fail I have received excellent advice in a friendly easy-to- understand way. I can highly recommend to anyone in financial difficulties to contact Step Change as I did to resolve the problem efficiently.. Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

FIRST CLASS HELPFUL FRIENDLY SERVICE.

The advisors are all very empethetic and friendly and knowlegable.Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very kind and understanding. I was in a very bad and worrying situation after paying for an unexpected funeral and I could not see any way out of my distressing situation . Ecellent, invariably helpflpand efficient

When Step Change started to assist me nearly 12months ago, I was worried upset and couldn't see a way out of my problems. Very quickly and efficiently they created a plan which I can manage without worry. I was going without meals in rhe situation I found myself with an unexpexted funeral & other financial problems. All the staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The clerk advised me to only commit to amounts I could manage while attempting to clear my debts in a manageable time.
