Amazing!

Step change.. what can I say?!.. Absolutely amazing customer service! A hidden gem of a company. True, and a very genuinely helpful team. Every single person I have spoken with have dealt with my issues or problems with such compassion and taking into account the anxiety that money worries can bring. I was very nervous making my first phone call, but after I spoke to the lovely staff member, I felt at ease. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone gives you time to speak and you don’t feel rushed on the phone to explain quickly, so they can get you off the phone to deal with the next customer. Time is taken, compassion is shown. And this is how you treat people. Such kindness, and I will never forget the kindness and compassion at such a difficult time in my life.
