Understanding, calming & helpful

We were really struggling due to a hugely reduced income as a result of the covid pandemic and health issues. We felt terribly embarrassed approaching Stepchange but they put us at ease straight away, reassuring us that they could help. It was the best thing we ever did and has enabled us to live as well as keep reducing the amount of debt we have. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021
