.safe and sound

PayPal is a speedy, safe way to pay for goods. However, their decision to start charging interest on previously free debt balances I find to be dishonourable and bad business practice. This is why my rating is much lower than I would normally make. Reviewed on: 1st June 2024

Help when you need it

Stepchange is helping me to manage my debts and to get my life back on track. They worked out what I could afford monthly and agreed this with my creditors. Having to make only one payment every month to stepchange ensured that all payments to creditors where paid in a timely manner. Once a year i review my current income and expenditure and change my payments accordingly. Although I have never failed to make tge required payment I admit it’s not always been easy, unexpected things happen in life but I have overcome them.now, after 4+ years, I am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel and by the end of next year I will become completely debt free.. I can’t thank Stepchange enough for helping me through a difficult time in my life. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Peace of mind

Stepchange gives you peace of mind. Anyone who has ever been in debt will know that you are always anxious, stressed and worried just waiting for the next demand to appear.
