Reassuring and supportive

I contacted the charity when I hit rock bottom. I'd struggled to stay on top of my finances for a long time getting deeper and deeper into debt. Every person I have had contact with has been amazing. One lady stayed after the end of her shift to make sure my budget was complete when I'd had issues online. If anybody confided in me that they struggle with debt.
