Trustworthy, genuine, understanding and very professional.

I had gone into depression due to my debts. Could not sleep due to the threatening letters I used to receive from my debtors but when I spoke to StepChange my life changed, I now have a peace of mind and sleeping much better if not well. When you make a call it's like you are talking to your best friend, they really understand and good listeners. They also reassure you that all will be fine and if you have any problem or if your circumstances changes just let us know as soon as possible. My life changed for the better with Stepchange.
