None Judgemental Brilliant Service

Totally no judgement, takes details of all of your debts, works out the best affordable offer according to your income & outgoings. My DMP ends in July 2027. It will have taken 7 years, but I would not have managed it on my own. So glad that I was recommended to contact them. They are a charity and take no fees, every penny goes towards clearing your debts. They negotiate everything on your behalf, the interest gets stopped, and you can gradually see the amount you owe reducing. I feel proud to recommend Step Change to everyone who finds themselves in difficulties. I had occasion to call them recently unfortunately I was told no one was available as they had so many other callers waiting in a queue, my question was resolved by email on this occasion. But do keep trying to get through to speak to them, you won’t regret it. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

No Judgement.

Absolutely no judgement, really easy to talk to, and I hate talking about money with anyone. Change of circumstances due to The Pandemic all set up with ease. You do need to provide names and account numbers of each debt. They work out from your budget what is the maximum you can afford and share it amongst everyone you owe money to. I started in June 2020 and won’t finish paying everyone off until August 2027. Such a relief I would have struggled to do it by myself. They are AMAZING. Thank you. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
