No judgement - just help

They did not judge or make me feel like I was a stupid person for getting into debt - they just sorted out a plan for me. I cannot believe how easy they made it, just wish I had contacted them earlier! Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Made unbearable bearable

Step Change has quite literally changed my life. My debts were completely out of control and I was too ashamed to even look at them let alone deal with them. The people at Step Change were so in judgemental and practical so that I very quickly had a manageable solution and the weight of the world lifted from my shoulders. I just wish I had gone to them earlier. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2021
