Life Changing Contact

I was in a downward spiral of substantial debt which I had ignored for some time and I felt ashamed to contact anyone in case they felt I was a fool. Finally plucked up the courage to ring Step Change and I really have never looked back. All the staff I have spoken to have been incredibly empathetic and helpful in every respect. I have never felt a fool not alone be treated like one; the weight off my shoulders is indescribable. I cannot say enough in praise of this organisation. It certainly helped me and my creditors - a win win all around. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2021
