Helped us somewhat but limited

We have been helped somewhat by going with step change, but there help is very limited and after nearly 10yrs of payments the money owed never seems to go down, the debtors seem to be able to lump all these extra fees on an already over inflated pay back plan, so we will be stuck with this debt for life, step change can't do anything for us other than be a middle man for payments, and that is it .
