I had debts of over £12,000.

I had debts of over £12,000.I couldn't sleep at night ,felt low I was worrying I made myself ill.The hardest thing to do to get help is to pick up the phone. Step change were recommended by a friend, such an easy process, and the staff are excellent everything is explained.Once everything is sorted you can breathe a lot better. 10 out of 10 step change and for the customer service. The team are a ray of sunshine

My husband lost his job, we had bills piling up. I was worried, scared and the hardest thing to do was pick up the phone. The lady informed me that evening would be alright. And it was staff are always helpful and sort everything out. It was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders,everything was sorted. Many thanks to the kind, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.
