Life Saving

My life was turned upside down. I split from my husband I was doing 2 jobs but left one as it was affecting my health and not long after was made redundant from the other. I couldn’t find another job due to COVID-19 (lack of jobs). I didn’t know where to turn. I’m very independent and wanted to sort things out but I couldn’t see a way out. I contacted Stepchange for advice and they were brilliant. The staff were very supportive and helped me find a way to still sort out my finances but took away the mountain I knew I couldn’t climb. I can’t describe in enough words how much they have helped me. I now have another job. Low pay but I’m independent again and continue to live without stress thanks to their ongoing support.
