Best thing I ever did was talk to StepChange

No judgement when I talked through my debts, offered solid advice on the possible solutions and recommended what they felt was best for my circumstances. All correspondence was clear and the website portal was great to be able to log in and check on things or update balances. Also had very quick responses via email if I had any correspondence from creditors. The stressful phone calls and letters asking for payment stopped, which was a huge relief - StepChange contacted them all to advise of the new plan. Completing the budget also helped me to change my spending habits and prioritise what I actually needed. I am now debt free and looking forward to rebuilding my credit score as well as my self esteem! Reviewed on: 10th May 2024

Professional and friendly, great advice
