First class insurance

Having had the misfortune to have to make a claim I found the Club insurance to be excellent. I was dealt with quickly and efficiently, the claim authorised promptly and received a call when the repairs when completed to ask if I was completely satisfied with the repair, before authorising payment to the repairer. An excellent product

I have been with the Club insurance for many years, always found the staff very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. Fortunately, I have never had to make a claim, but I know people who have and couldn't speak highly enough of the staff and the speedy attention they got. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
