A Lifeline in Times of Financial Difficulty

Facing financial difficulties can be an overwhelming experience. It's easy to feel like you're trapped in a hole with no way out, which can lead to feelings of depression. However, BOOM Credit has been a lifeline I never thought possible. They've been there for me when I needed extra support, making me feel like I could rely on them as I would on family during times of hardship. From the application process to receiving the funds, the staff have been understanding and happy to assist me with any queries or issues I may have. Their interactions have been amazing—friendly, bubbly, and brilliant to communicate with. Overall, I have nothing negative to say, only positive. The staff at BOOM Credit are not just friendly, understanding, and supportive, but they make the entire process as easy as possible. They truly deserve to win an award for their exceptional service. They support their customers in ways that many other places do not, giving chances to people who others would turn their backs on. This is exactly what we need more of. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

A positive life changing experience

There are not enough words to express just how grateful I am for Boom credit union. They have given me the opportunity that so many places have refused and as a result I am able to drive, have a car and get engaged and really turn my life around from where I was with little ambition to now wanting to consider all the options and routes available to me as a result of their support. Everyone I spoke with has been amazing and helpful and the service was fantastic I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to any and everyone. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2021
