Stepchange were a great help.

Stepchange were a great help when we were in a difficult financial situation, very helpful on the phone, and not judgmental and did not talk down to us. Follow up care has been great as well, and we are well on the way to resolving all our money problems. Reviewed on: 28th May 2024

Turned my life around

We were struggling with debt after a business went bust and did not know what to do. Our mortgage people and bank were no help at all and I thought we would have to sell everything including our house and were facing a very bleak situation. A friend suggested calling step change to see if they could help and after 1 phone call we could see could see a way forward. Their kind and understanding help has meant we could keep the house and plan a way forward in our life and I will always be grateful for this. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2021
