Please don't suffer in silence

Please don't suffer in silence, or cry at night, me and my husband rang Step Change, the gentleman who spoke with me, did not judge, or make us feel stupid, instead he asked how much came into our household and how much our outgoings were each month, then he worked out an affordable Debt Management Plan of paying our debts off. I cried at the thought of being debt free. It took 3 years and 3 months, it was very hard going at times, but we stuck at it. Since leaving Step Change with everything paid off, we saved enough money for a new tumble dryer, what a great feeling to pay in cash. We also saved enough for a long weekend in Scarborough, wonderful. Step Change have helped us so much, with their kindness, helpfulness and empathy. This was the best experience ever. Superb Step Change

Excellent Customer Care, when we were at an all-time low, with our finances, Step Change listened and gave us hope, I was so happy with the help, support, empathy and professionalism, my husband had to take the phone, and I cried happy tears.
