I have been mostly very happy with the service I have had. They certainly helped me get out of a great big hole I had dug for myself.! They have also been very discreet which has been invaluable as no one else has been aware of my problem. The only thing that I have been a bit concerned about is the fact that I have had notifications from a couple of companies that have informed me that I still owe them money. I have explained that Step Change had dealt with all of that and that my file has been closed by them but they are still sending me letters so I will be offering to pay them off a bit at a time. I was so ashamed at having to get in touch

I was so ashamed at having to get in touch with anyone about this, I would never thought that I would get like into this predicament but I,did. If I hadn’t have Step Change. I honestly don’t know what I,would have done. Everyone I have ever spoken to have been fantastic and so very understanding and I can’t thank them enough’ Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

All I can really say is that without Step Change helping me I honestly don’t know where I would be right now. They have been helpful, understanding, kind and non judgemental.
