Stay away complete scam

Monese froze my account last December and after numerous complaints and numerous emails back and forth they refuse to respond to I still have no access to my money and still can’t get through to this scam of a bank - have complained every possible way … NEXT STEP I WILL BE GETTING LAWYERS INVOLVED AS THE DAMAGE THEY HAVE CAUSED HAS MADE ME HOMELESS IN A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC AND LEFT ME PENNILESS.
