Excellent Service

Excellent Service and good value. When our caravan was damaged by a falling tree they quickly sent out an valuer who unfortunately had to write the van off. A good offer was made and the monies paid quickly. They also arranged to take the damaged van away Reviewed on: 22nd July 2023

Caravan claim

Our Caravan was damaged when a tree feel on it in our garden where it was stored. The back panel was damaged. A surveyor from the insurance company came out to review the damage. The back panel needed to be totally replaced the van was an Avondale and the back panel would need to be made due to this the surveyor recommended the van be written off. We received a very fair valuation for the van, and the insurance company arranged for the damaged van to be collected. The whole process including paying out the agreed some within a month enabling us to purchase a replacement before the holiday season Reviewed on: 27th September 2022

Good price and very efficient

When we had a tree fall on our van they reacted very quickly sending out an assessor within the same week and making a very fair offer on our van.
