Review of the Plane Saver Credit Union, Loans:

Great company with great customer service.

I took a loan out with Planesaver to purchase a car. How it works is, they take an additional percentage per month on your loan repayments to put into a savings account. Which is handy as at the end of the loan you will have some money saved up without having to think about it. With that in mind, I ran into bad times and asked if I could use some of the money from the savings account which is usually locked against your loan. The customer service were happy to help and they gave me a lifeline, during a hard time, which allowed me to use some of the money to help with a problem I encountered in life. The assistants over the phone are very helpful and always cheerful. I haven't come across a rude person who works at this company yet! I would completely recommend this company to anybody who is looking to take a loan out or start a savings account. Reviewed on: 28th July 2021
