Fully covered caravan

Peace of mind was what I was looking for in my fully comprehensive insurance cover . The assistant I spoke to was extremely helpful in ensuring I included everything I needed. Comprehensively covered

When things in life go wrong there is an expression along the lines".....and then the wheels came off"....and it's true...well, not wheels but ONE was enough!!! Fortunately, I brought the whole unit to a rapidly controlled stop but severe damage was done to the caravan running gear, mover rear steady. A claim was submitted, assessor assigned, repairs carried out and caravan ready for collection in 48 hours by using the spare wheel !!!...enabling us to resume going on holiday. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT except that we are still waiting for a new wheel from Lunar!! Come on, Lunar - Wake up. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
