Transparent, helpful and empathetic

Having just submitted my first ever pet insurance claim, I've had a few challenges with my vets (administrative), but More Than have been outstanding. The two occasions I called (one to find out what the heck to do and the second to check they'd received the forms correctly given the challenges I'd had with the admin at the vets) the customer service I received was empathetic, supportive, honest, transparent and very helpful.
