Very fast, efficient and friendly

The first loan I took out with Bamboo was very easy to apply for. Agents were extremely informative, friendly & helpful. Bamboo were very flexible with the time I could take the loan out for. A decision was made on my eligibility and the money was in my account the same day. Just before the loan was fully repaid , I took out a top up loan with Bamboo which was extremely quick to do. Bamboo have an on line service so you can see where your account is up to at all times but also offer excellent customer service if you want to ring them and discuss anything.
