Quick, easy, polite and knowledgeable on the phone

I hummed and arhhed about a loan and I tried my bank first but it got so difficult online and I didn’t really get what the figures were doing and related to so I declined. Just mooching around FB and saw an advert so had a look and read the reviews, went back the next day and applied. Accepted in principle and they sent information that they are very very clear you should read (I actually did this time) I’m glad I did as there was a bit I really didn’t understand. I rang up and was helped through my query step by step and easily understood. I signed the paperwork and received the funds within the hour. It’s always personal choice and depends on everyone’s circumstances and requirements but for me this was a very simple and supported process and I would certainly recommend people look to see if this Company would suit them too.
