Not a bad word to say!

I swapped from HSBC to First Direct around Christmas last year and I couldn't fault the process at all. The customer service team are incredibly helpful and never make me feel stupid or an inconvenience when I ask them anything. I mainly bank via the app and have had no bad experiences with it at all. Great first experience of insurance

Marmalade made it very easy for me to work out my learner insurance in my parents' car while learning to drive. Everything was made very clear during the process, which meant that I didn't need to contact them for support at any point.
