A Bad Experience Good Outcome.

Several years ago we had the misfortune to have our caravan damaged by hailstones in a thunderstorm. On return home I contacted Club Insurance Department who were superb with dealing with the damage repair and payment for everything, so a good outcome after a bad experience.
