Nothing to complain about.

Having nothing to complain about any business must surely be very good indeed. And that's how I feel about By Miles. I know my asset, my car, is insured with them and I know if I don't drive it much I will pay less. That's a very fair system of insurance and that's why I've been with them year on year. I'm getting exactly what I am paying for. Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

Haven't made any claim yet

So I normally, like most educated drivers, judge an insurance company on their claims procedure and how well they settle any such claim. Thankfully, I have not had the displeasure of having to make a claim so I can only say this, "they aren't the cheapest, possibly not the best either, but I always know how much every drive has cost me".
