Easy to use website. Coverage clear.

Value protection for otherwise excluded pre-existing conditions. Fortunately I have yet to make a claim (& I hope not ever to have to!) but that is where the real service is tested. I am about to head to an Island abroad for a holiday and I have peace of mind about my medical coverage. Tick! ☑︎ Reviewed on: 5th September 2023

Perfect product for me

I have a nice car and enjoy driving but living in London with its great public transport infrastructure the car mainly sits on the drive at home. I'm only 6 months in to my first year with By Miles - but judging by the excellent app my policy will end up being cheaper than all competitors - By Miles. I also enjoy looking at my journey record on the app - I can sometimes find ways of bettering Sat-Nav routes on regular journeys. I hope never to have to review the claims service! Great product!
