Collingwood make it affordable for young people to get insurance while they are learning to drive, without impacting on their parents' insurance! It also allows them to begin to build up some NCD so that when they have passed they stand more chance of being able to afford insurance. I have already recommended them to others who are struggling to afford to insure their teens! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
