Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Friendly, helpful and with products that really fitted my needs.

Like a lot of things in life, when I look for insurance I want it to suit my specific needs rather then my having to fit around a companies their products. When my son was practicing for his drivers test I only wanted limited provisional drivers insurance as he was hoping to pass his test within weeks. My original provider only offered a entire year policy rather than month by month. No good for me. I shopped around and was very pleased to learn Admiral offered weekly, monthly and even daily coverage for learner drivers. Just what I needed! The customer service advisor was also very helpful - I thought I would have to pay for immediate cover but made sure the payment only came out after my current policy expired (which meant not going into my overdraft). It was that attention to detail that I found very helpful and reassuring and which is why I will continue to get my insurance from Admiral. Reviewed on: 12th August 2017
