Good customer service... Poor rules.

I've been with policy expert for a year now and have always found their customer service very good and generally been happy...however, I have recently found myself in the position where I needed to add an expensive piece of jewellery to my policy - I was shocked to find that it isn't possible and I would have to cancel the policy and start a new one. A lot of Hassle for one item. Added to the fact that the new policy was considerably more expensive than the one I had. So overall, not totally happy with the company . Reviewed on: 12th August 2017
