Some bits great!

The renewal paperwork was well explained and had a good outline of the policy. The website was a little less helpful and I found it difficult to find out about the combined building/contents excess. It was probably not the easiest website to navigate? The phone call to customer services was very good and 'David' handled my questions well, and was well able to make the alterations to my policy that I required. I could have got a slightly cheaper policy via a comparison site but those policies did not meet my needs, and overall I felt that the Policy Expert support was good enough to stay with the company.
