Helpful and Friendly

When I phoned to inquire about insurance, I was amazed how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were, they knew all about my van and were very informative. I also contacted an online price comparison site about caravan insurance and the experience was chalk and cheese, they didn't know about my van and were not helpful or knowledgeable.
