The service I recived was amazing . Delt with a lovely lady called Katie in customer service and she was amazing

As I was involved in a motor accident I was informing this company of the incident and as I was speaking to the lady I was utterly blown away by the level of customer service and extremely happy that this is my insurer and will defenitly recommend it to any and everybody. She went through all the details and made the process so easy and understandable and also very knowable about these situations and also the company. Working in customer service I know what it takes to go above and beyond and Katie from customer service was displaying that impeccably 100/100 for service - our call took place last night 15/08/2017 06:02 pm 55 min call amazing staff Please send my sincere compliments to Katie in customer service And Alzberta in claims 2 amazing staff members relly impressed with there service Reviewed on: 16th August 2017
