Had a bad experience with debt companies that I'd go...

Had a bad experience with debt companies that I'd googled, that had 5 stars, not sure if I can name them ,each 1 tried pushing me into an iva, and some were quite forceful,which put me off even more so ended up burying my head even more,and dare not answer my phone or door.after speaking with money wellness they were brilliant from the start,and did not judge my situation, they kept me informed at each stage and were super patient with me, I was advised a DRO would be my best option, and was guided through the process with extreme patient's, I'm finally done my DRO, WAS APPOVED, I can feel at ease answering my phone & door,my stress level has been reduced, I feel happy, I still feel guilty I was unable to pay my debts ,but due to circumstances my debts just spiralled and alot of interest was added. My advice please talk to these guys, no matter how bad or guilty, you feel there is light at the end . Reviewed on: 17th May 2024
