Excellent service

Everyone was so helpful with the process. They kept me well informed of everything that was happening. Most loan companies do everything online I actually got to speak with staff from the Stoke branch who I must say were so friendly. I couldn’t get to the branch die to work commitments so they ensured that I could sign forms etc electronically. I would highly recommend them.
