Helpful without judgment

I have been with Payplan for a number of years, they were helpful and supportive from the very beginning without me feeling like they were judging me. They do a yearly review to ensure that you can still afford your payments and they explain the different options available to you in simple terms that can be understood. Good Interest Rates

I joined Chase in July 2022 and moved all my savings to one of their accounts as the interest rates were much better than on any of my existing accounts with other companies. I have several savings accounts as it’s easy to set up multiple accounts within the app and you can dedicate a specific saving account to a goal that you want to reach. Fantastic innovative bank

I joined Chase bank in July 2022 and I am so glad I discovered it, it’s really easy to do all your necessary banking within the app and you can have multiple accounts making it easier to manage your money. The 1% cash back is a great bonus and I love the round up which allows me to save odd money by rounding my transactions up to the nearest £ even better is getting the 5% interest on round up transactions. This account is great for travellers too as there’s no fees to use your card abroad and I found I had excellent exchange rates and of course you could see each transaction instantly in the app to allow you to keep track of your spending. Helped when I had no where else to turn

One of my creditors recommended I contact Payplan and it took a huge amount of courage to do it but I am so glad that I did, they have given me an affordable solution to help repay my debts. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2022

Very Helpful and not judgmental
