Peace of mind

Excellent service. Once the plan was in place I could relax instead of continually worrying about how I was going to pay my bills. The stress just melted away, no more red letters coming through the door. Peace of mind knowing I had an agreement in place, my payment was affordable and the yearly review has always been realistic whether the payment has gone up or down. The customer services people are great, really understanding, helpful, friendly and professional as is my caseworker. Reviewed on: 8th August 2021
