Super helpful and polite staff.

I am an existing customer and wanted a top-up. The process was extremely easy, and the lady (Sarah) I spoke to was super helpful and helped me with the application. Unfortunately I had given a wrong number on my banking info and a really nice guy from Bamboo called me the next working day (sorry I forgot your name!) to tell me there was a problem when they tried to send the money to me - he sorted and fixed it straight away. Simply the best!

These guys saved my sanity and probably my life. I was in a dreadful state and did not know which way to turn. They helped me out called all my creditors and took all the worry off my shoulders.
