Brilliant customer service

I have been with Payplan for 9 years and can honestly say their service is second to none. I get a yearly review to make sure my re-payments are still affordable for me. I never get hassled by debtors - On the few occasions in the early days when I was called by debtors as soon as I said I was with Payplan they said they would contact them directly. Whenever I have any queries I contact them via the App and they are dealt with within 24 hours, but usually the same day. Can’t fault them in any way. If anyone I knew needed a debt management plan I would recommend Payplan without a seconds hesitation. Reviewed on: 8th August 2021
