PayPlan team is fantastic and very helpful. I found myself in a very difficult financial situation due health problems and my mental health was badly affect by it in consequence. It was a downward spiral. Upon contacting PayPlan I was convinced that I found hope. And I was right. The team is amazing: empathetic, polite, helpful, humane. In every step of the process I've met people who was ready to listen to me and help moving out of the pile of debt I found myself on. Nobody wants to be in that situation. But it's amazing to know that, if and when that happens, you find support and help from great people. Reviewed on: 8th August 2021
