No upselling nor persuasion nor hidden information !

Firstly there was no upselling nor persuasion nor hidden information when I needed a loan. The staff are non judgemental, caring and compassionate, they ensured that the repayments were affordable, and use a brilliant savings method alongside repayments so that I am in a better position at the end of the repayment period - absolutely brilliant ! Treated with respect and kindness

The application form and process is clear, relevant and straightforward and during the process, in all communication I was treated with respect and kindness. The response was fast and the guidance about next steps helpful and transparent. In addition, the loans offered are competitive and thankfully, I was not bombarded with unnecessary advertising !
