Poor customer service

I submitted to get a debit card from barclays bank. I received my card a few days later but it never worked in any tore purchases. After multiple attempts to contact them, I finally are reached a baraclays bank member who offered to send me a new card. That card has not worked either and I have attempted to call barclays bank multiple times but each time they hang up on me as soon as I have completed all security checks.
