Offer great support at desperate times

I was facing an incredibly tough time and was struggling to deal with my debt problems, as well as other things in my life. But, PayPlan took the time to not only go through everything regarding my debts and creditors, but they took the time to listen to me and look at the bigger picture when looking for the best solution and working with my creditors. A few years have gone by and my IVA has been manageable and have had regular review sessions with them to make sure things are still affordable. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
