Amazing company I would always recommend

A few years ago, and due to an abusive relationship I got in a huge financial mess and contacted this company as a last resort to see if they could help as I’d ran out of options and I felt I had no way out of my situation. PayPlan explained how they could help and went through it with me step by step and I started payments per month. The payments are always affordable and I only have 18 months left to pay then I’ll be debt free. Four months ago I was diagnosed with stage four cancer and worried as I couldn’t afford payments as was too ill to work so had to pack in my job. I asked for a call back from PayPlan and they phoned me the same day and explained my awful situation, they told me not to worry and suspended payments until I had got everything sorted which was a great relief. I only ever hear from PayPlan once a year to renew my payments and have never heard from any company I owed money to, PayPlan deal with it all. It gave me peace of mind and I know that I will not get chased by companies. We can all make wrong choices in life and it can be so awful when you get in so much debt that it spirals out of control but PayPlan are very understanding and none judgmental and will talk customers through what happens. If your situation changes you can ask for a ring back and they will call and help you sort out your payments. Your credit rating will be affected but I have now started to rebuild mine even through I have not finished my PayPlan repayments. They have been an excellent company to deal with and have stopped me worrying and dreading the post and phone calls as they all stopped. I would always recommend this company.
