Absolute life savers

Payplan are absolutely amazing. I was in a huge amount of debt and thought I couldn't go on anymore. But after speaking to the very kind and patient and not at judgemental members of staff over the phone, all of my debts were consolidated into one much smaller, affordable, interest free repayment, which I pay via direct debit to them once a month and they redistribute this to my creditors for me, so I don't even have to speak to my creditors anymore. Payplan have given me my life back. I no longer have sleepless nights or worry about getting even deeper into debt by trying to keep up unrealistic repayments each month, I can live again and afford to pay my regular bills like rent and council tax again, without having to fear I might be evicted or taken to Court. I honestly don't know if I'd still be here now if Payplan hadn't helped me to sort out a realistic repayment plan. I don't have to worry anymore or make myself I'll with worry anymore. They're amazing and have never judged me once, they've always been so kind and understanding. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Payplan saved my life

I was so badly in debt that I thought I'd spend the next 50 years trying to pay it back. The more in debt I got into, the more I had to borrow to pay it back. I thought my life was over, but Payplan changed my world. They've always been caring, sympathetic, non-judgemental, understanding and always there when I've needed help or advice. They quickly organised a debt management plan for me, which froze the interest on the repayments I was making and they worked out how much I could realistically repay my creditors each month. I am now able to afford my essential bills each month, as well as making contributions towards my debts. I can sleep easily again and live life without worrying myself into ill health. I only have one creditor and one year left to go until I'm debt free. When there was no one else to turn to, Payplan were there for me and I really believe that without them I wouldn't be here today.
