They are so helpful and don't make you feel stupid

Was getting in a right state ended up working like made for the money to go in fees and then over draft charges.. I was to embarrassed to say anything and found I was getting down could not see a way out so they really helped.. like at the start on the pandemic thought I could pay that amount even though no money was coming in . But they phoned me and understood better then me that it would get harder ...... Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
