I have been with Payplan for about 10 years or more. They have taken control of my creditors and made it more manageable for me over the years to continue paying my debts. Excellent customer service. Always at the end of a phone. I can email on their website and they answer me back within a day. I have had full customer service from them. I am due to end my journey with Payplan in November and will then be Debt free! I wouldn’t have been able to do that without Payplan, I have nothing but praise for them. All my debts will then be “paid in full”. I’m so proud of myself, and they are a big part of my debt journey. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
