Easy to set up and understanding things change

I have been with payplan 3 years now. And over the last few years my income had changed coz of covid etc. payplan have been understanding and will help you to sort through income and expenditure, to find a payment that you can manage. You may have the time added on, but it’s worth it if you are really struggling. Be honest with them about everything, and don’t be scared to tell them if things are difficult, they will help. It’s better than being classed as bankrupt that’s for sure. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Understanding and helpful

I managed to get myself in quite a debt, with catalogues and provident and few bills etc. I decided for an iva and payplan was suggested. They have been amazing. Sometimes when I don’t have enough money coming on, or have no work, I let them know, and they offered a few weeks break, to be added onto the original plan. Be honest with them and they will help you, all the way through. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
